Istrian spa is a thermal spa in Croatia. They are located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, eleven kilometers from Livado and Buzet, 35 km from Poreč, 40 km from the border with Italy and 10 km from the border with Slovenia.

The surrounding Motovun forest is rich in oaks, which favors the growth of world-famous white truffles. Spas and surroundings are rich in amenities. The Center of the Resort consists of a pool complex with thermal water (indoor and outdoor), a therapy center, a wellness center, a beauty center and the Mirna Tavern. The sports and recreation offer is also diverse: mini golf, table tennis, bocce, bike rides or walks in untouched nature. In addition to the healing water, the mild climate and untouched nature of this area provide a special advantage. There are numerous marked trails for walking and hiking, the roads are also suitable for long bike rides. On the top of the Gorostas rock, there is the ruin of the old church of St. Stjepan from which there is a beautiful view of the landscape - the Mirna valley and the famous Motovun forest, the wood of which Venice was built. A few kilometers away are two unique medieval towns Motovun and Grožnjan, and the smallest town in the world - Hum. The nearest seaside towns are Umag and Poreč, famous Croatian summer resorts. The water of Istarske Toplice is sulphurous, thermal, contains natural radiation, and a significant amount of sodium, calcium, chlorine and other minerals. The water temperature is 32-34°C. Sulfur content 33-38 mg H2S/kg and radioactivity of 623 Bg/L. This water composition has been maintained for many years and the variations are small, depending on the amount of rainfall. The effect of sulfur and natural radioactivity in the water is anti-inflammatory, reduces pain, increases circulation and accelerates metabolism.

The accommodation facility "Mirna" is the main part of the resort of Istarske Toplice. It has standard single and double rooms, which are equipped with a cooling device, heating device, telephone and satellite TV. The rooms are arranged on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Wireless internet is available in the reception area and lobby bar. The facility has a reception, restaurant, physical therapy, thermal pool, coffee bar, library and chapel.
