Spacious, bright and comfortable apartment for up to 5 people with two sleeping rooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and terrace. It is located on the ground floor of a family house with a spacious garden and a large parking space. The apartment is air-conditioned, has wifi and all appliances. Guests can enjoy a terrace overlooking the garden and courtyard and can use the barbecue. Ideally located, 3 minutes by car to the parking lot in the city center and 3 minutes by car to the beach. Pets are not allowed .

We recommend with the car to come.

Dear guest, we take the current Covid-19 situation very seriously, accordingly our objects are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectants and with strict cleaning measures. Laundry is washed with at least 60ºC / 140ºC hot water, and the keys are handed over with a mask and a distance of 2m.

Casettina incantevole con ottimi spazi per una famiglia con ragazzi; in ottima posizione da dove si possono raggiungere spiagge e servizi in soli 5 minuti. Centro città in soli 10 minuti. Proprietari simpatici, cordiali e disponibili (ci hanno offerto anche i pomodori appena colti.....super!) Non vediamo l'ora di essere nuovamente ospiti di Barbara

Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis war super, die Gastgeber waren sehr Hilfsbereit, das einzige Problem war die Lage, da es bis zur Stadt doch sehr weit ist .
