This luxurious villa is located in the southeastern part of the Istrian peninsula in a quiet little village of Rakalj surrounded by beautiful and perfectly peaceful settings with astonishing sea views. You will be absolutely charmed by the colourful fragrant grounds with perfumed Mediterranean flora.Thanks to the enviable position, with its beautiful countryside, and the vicinity to the sea the villa offers the quiet away from traffic and noise. Three spacious and nicely furnished bedrooms, each with its own character, flat tv and en suite bathroom. Two on the first floor; one has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom and the private balcony and the other one has a queen size bed, part of the room with double beds, en suite bathroom and panoramic private terrace looking out over the garden and the pool with stunning sea views. On the ground floor there is another spacious bedroom with queen size bed, and pull out sofa and en suite bathroom. Villa accommodates up to 8 people. On the ground floor welcoming open plan space offers a comfortable living area furnished with white sofas and a beautiful fireplace with the view of the garden and heatable pool. Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave). Rustically decorated dining area with the table for 8 and the beautiful fireplace is conveniently located next to the kitchen. An open tavern with a large wooden table, an open fireplace, perfect for preparing a grill, features an intimate corner where guests can relax with a glass of wine.

Nearby there are beautiful and astonishing natural beaches, sea bays and 5 km long Stjepan Hauser promenade along the coast. In the village of Rakalj there is a market and 2km away there is also a remarkable fish restaurant Sv. Mikula with the beautiful deck overlooking the sea where the food is great and the sunsets are unforgettable.
