This lovely apartment is situated on the ground floor of a brand new family home in the suburb of Pula. It is comfortably furnished and has a beautiful veranda with a garden view. The garden is fenced and well maintained. Pula's most beautiful city beaches are just 5 minutes away by car as well as the city's antiques centre and it shops and cafes. This is a perfect accommodation for guests who like to stay in a quiet apartment but love to go out and explore the city's night life.

Dear guest, we take the current Covid-19 situation very seriously, accordingly our objects are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectants and with strict cleaning measures. Laundry is washed with at least 60ºC / 140ºC hot water, and the keys are handed over with a mask and a distance of 2m.

Unser Aufenthalt wurde von Anfang bis zum Ende bestens betreut, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Appartement hat ein eigenes Doppelcarport und von dort gelangt man über einen separaten Zugang über eine Außentreppe in den Garten, der vollständig eingezäunt (Mauer, aber man kann ums ganze Haus herumgehen). Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain (immer Sommer sicher schön kühl, wir waren im April dort, da war es eher kalt), die Eigentümerin des Hauses wohnt darüber (eigener Eingang an der anderen Seite des Hauses). Wir sind zu Zweit mit drei Hunden (Kosten: 10€ pro Hund pro Tag) angereist, die Vermieterin liebt Hunde und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es war alles sehr sauber, Möbel und Hausrat ist ausreichend vorhanden (kein Toaster). Die Lage ist gut, für unsere Zwecke perfekt (ein Park für Spaziergänge mit Hund ist gleich um die Ecke). Alles in allem ein tolles Appartement, wir waren sicher nicht das letzt mal da.
